2017 has passed, and we welcome a new year 2018. Capgemini held its annual meeting with the theme of "Summary of 2017 and Outlook for 2018" in the company's small conference room from February 1st to 5th. The main leaders of the sales department, supply department, technology department, after-sales service center, and human resources department attended the meeting on site. The meeting was chaired by the Managing Director. He pointed out that in 2017, our company's sales increased steadily, and all overseas offices exceeded their targets. Not only did we keep rising in the communications industry, but we also achieved good results in civil units.
2017 is an extraordinary year for Heyuan Company. First, the company started from the basics, adding a sandblasting and painting room, a small unit production line, and re-planning the previous testing center, so that the company can appear in front of customers with a brand new image. Under the leadership of the new image, the company has overcome many difficulties and completed customer orders one after another. Whether it is order quantity, product quality, or after-sales service, various indicators have reached or even exceeded the standards set by the company.
On behalf of the company's leadership, the Managing Director affirmed and thanked everyone for their work. He hoped that everyone would continue to work hard for a better tomorrow for Capgemini and individuals, and work to a higher level in 2018. At the same time, the following requirements are put forward to all personnel of the company:
1. Always focus on quality and conduct quality management. Quality does not only refer to the quality of Heyuan's products, but also the quality of the entire business process: from product research and development, to production and sales, to customer service. Heyuan's high quality in every aspect of the entire business process and strict internal quality control will win the recognition and appreciation of customers and will surely create a wonderful situation.
2. Establish a sales team that is familiar with the business and relatively stable, and cultivate the habit of sales staff to identify problems, summarize problems, and continuously improve themselves. Complete sales tasks in various time periods. And improve sales performance on the basis of completing sales tasks.
3. Heyuan Company not only pursues commercial success and material interests, but also hopes to lead the development of the entire industry.
